Nick was kind, understanding, and above all patient. He made himself available whenever I needed him and he always had answers to my questions. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything that was going at all times. During these uncertain times, he was someone that I could count on!
Nicholas Benninghoff is the best relator around! Willing to work harder than anyone has worked for me in a long time. Puts in over time, and really never made me feel pressured into a home, and because of that we got our dream home. He was kind enough to let me meet him before I agreed to work with him and I am so so glad he landed in our laps from my sister. I can’t thank Nick enough for finding me the perfect home. Being a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Nick sold my son his home. I was very impressed with him. Nick was most helpful to me. He went beyond what I expected. Nick made sure my house was updated and ready for the current market. He took a personal interest in helping the house look its best for the market. Nick was always ready to answer my questions and to make suggestions. I had confidence in him.

Nick Benninghoff is a real go-getter. I inquired about a property at 9:30 on a Friday night and he called me within 5 minutes. He took us to see about 15 properties then helped us negotiate the purchase of our dream house. Nick was always quick to respond and guide us in the right direction. I feel that he worked for us and and was looking out for our best interest.
